Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 23, 2026

This website, sellschenleyhome.com, is operated by Berenice Elguezabal, REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Realty, 4000 Ponce De Leon Blvd, Suite 700, Coral Gables, FL 33146. This policy explains what information the site collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Information you give us

When you fill out a form on this site (for example, the contact form or a home valuation request) we collect the details you type in: your name, email address, phone number, the reason you are writing, and any message or property details you choose to share.

Information collected automatically

When you submit a form, the site also records the page you sent it from, the date and time, your IP address and basic browser and device information. This helps us reply to the right request and block spam.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (for example, which pages are read most). Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as pages visited, approximate location, device type and how you arrived at the site. It does not give us your name or contact details. You can learn how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.

How we use your information

  • To answer your inquiry and follow up about your real estate needs by phone, text or email, as you agreed when you submitted the form.
  • To prepare a home valuation or market information you requested.
  • To keep a record of your request and improve the website.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing.

Text messages and calls

If you provide your phone number and check the consent box, Berenice may contact you by phone or text about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, or by telling us by phone or email.

Service providers

We rely on a few providers to run the site, and they process data only to deliver their service to us: Kinsta (website hosting), Brevo (delivery of the emails the site sends, such as form confirmations) and Google (analytics). Real estate transactions themselves are handled through Coldwell Banker Realty, which has its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain a record of our communication, unless you ask us to delete them. Analytics data is kept according to Google Analytics retention settings.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information you submitted through this site, or to stop contacting you. Write to Bere@BereHomes.com or call (305) 301-3290.

Children

This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
